A 360° service
PLAST.E.A. offers a comprehensive third-party injection molding service, supporting companies through all phases: from design and prototyping to mold construction, up to the production of high-precision plastic technical components.
In addition to molding, we offer a range of additional processes such as assembly, ultrasonic welding, painting, and screen printing, to deliver a ready-to-use finished product. A state-of-the-art machine park and a skilled team allow us to respond with flexibility, quality, and punctuality to the needs of any industry.
Machines and equipment
The heart of PLAST.E.A.’s production is a cutting-edge machine park consisting of computer-controlled hydraulic presses for plastic injection molding of up to 2,000 grams. Our presses range from 60 to 500 tons, enabling the production of components with various sizes and complexities. Each machine features high-precision micrometric control, ensuring maximum accuracy and repeatability in production processes.
Continuous equipment updates allow us to manufacture technical components and customized parts using thermoplastic materials and thermoplastic rubber, providing flexible solutions even for small- and medium-scale productions.
Need help?
1What materials do you use for injection molding?
We work with a wide range of plastics, including ABS, polypropylene, nylon, PVC, polystyrene, polyethylene, and thermoplastic rubber. Upon request, we also consider recycled materials or bioplastics.
2Can I rely on PLAST.E.A. for mold design?
Yes, we collaborate with specialized engineering firms and mechanical workshops to offer a complete service: from design to mold construction, all the way to mold testing.
3Do you produce prototypes before production?
Of course. We offer a rapid prototyping service in various materials for aesthetic and functional testing before starting mass production.
4What is the minimum quantity to start production?
We handle both small series and more structured production runs. The minimum quantity depends on the type of component, the mold, and the material used. Contact us for a personalized estimate.
5What is the maximum weight that can be molded for each individual component?
Our injection molding machines can produce plastic parts weighing up to 2,000 grams per piece, depending on the material type and component geometry.
6What are the maximum dimensions of moldable parts?
The maximum dimensions depend on the mold and machine used. We produce small and medium-sized components for sectors such as nautical, agricultural, industrial, and furniture. For specific information, please contact us directly.
7How do you address environmental sustainability?
